I lead a team of software engineers and together we develop cutting-edge software for asphalt pavers, milling machines, concrete pavers and curbers.

Nautics Engineering designs and manufactures covert audio recorders and GPS trackers for law enforcement agencies. As a member of a small multidisciplinary engineering team, I played an active role in all aspects of product development from design to verification.

IdealPOS develops point of sale systems for the hospitality industry. My duties initially included application support, reseller training and quality assurance (QA), but later expanded to software development and systems integration.

Certified ScrumMaster's help the Scrum Team perform at their highest level. CSMs also protect the team from both internal and external distractions. Through the certification process, I learnt about the Scrum framework and gain an understanding of team roles, events, artifacts and rules.
